The library media center is a busy place in our school. All students visit the library both individually and with their class teachers.

 

Conveniently located on the second floor, across from the computer lab, the attractive, 1,500-square-foot library houses more than 18,000 books, references, periodicals and equipment to support the middle and high school curricula. The library features a computer lab/conference room used for college telelearning and other classes.

 

Students may use the library before or after school, as well as during study periods throughout the day. The librarian plans with the teachers and assists students in locating best resources for projects of all kinds. Many special library internet databases are available to assist students and faculty in class projects. The library is a member of New York State Electronic Doorway Library Program, making available professional library databases.
