Congratulations to Hancock sophomore Laycee Drake, who made the New York State Sportswriters Association Class C All-State First Team for the 2018-2019 girls basketball season.
A standout point guard, Laycee helped the Deposit/Hancock Eagles to a Section 4 Class C Tournament appearance this past winter.
Laycee has been recognized as an all-state girls basketball player in each of the last three seasons. She earned Class D honors as an eighth-grader for Hancock (Eighth Team) and as a freshman for the combined D/H squad (Second Team).
