SECTION IV WRESTLING CHAMPIONSHIPS
The Section IV Wrestling Championships were held this past weekend at Visions Veterans Memorial Arena in Binghamton, NY.
Our D-H Eagles were on hand and did an excellent job in their matches! Landyn Shaffer placed 2nd overall with a tight 3-1 decision, in what was one of the most exciting matches of the day.
Landyn qualified for the NYSPHSAA State Qualifiers at MVP Arena in Albany with his 2nd place finish, which takes place on Friday-Saturday, February 23-24. Great work, Landyn!
Other D-H Eagles to place were Josephine Young (4th place), Asaac Mead (4th place), Cam Caskey (5th place) and Lucas Barnes (6th place). We also want to acknowledge Evan Johnson, Jason Canedo and Ryan Stoss for their hard work and effort in their matches.
