Join us for the 4th Annual Deposit-Hancock Merged Athletic Awards Ceremony this Tuesday, June 24th at 6:00 p.m. in the Hancock MS-HS Auditorium as we celebrate and recognize our incredible student athletes and their achievements throughout the 2024-2025 sports seasons!
Let's honor the hard work, dedication, and sportsmanship of our student athletes!
Refreshments will be served in the high school cafeteria immediately following the ceremony.

ELEMENTARY FIELD DAYS FUN!
What a fantastic day for our HCS elementary students! Today’s Elementary Field Days were filled with sunshine, smiles, and nonstop fun!
Students enjoyed a variety of morning activities, followed by lunch and exciting water games in the afternoon. To wrap up the day, everyone cooled down with refreshing snacks and ice pops.
A big THANK YOU to our amazing staff and student helpers who made today such a memorable experience for our boys and girls—we couldn’t have done it without you!

HCS SENIOR TRIP!
On the final day of the HCS senior trip, students toured the Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center, then spent the rest of the day soaking up the sun at Virginia Beach!
From swimming to beach volleyball and relaxing in the long-awaited sunshine, it was the perfect way to wrap up an unforgettable trip!

Free Summer Meals for Kids at HCS!
Hancock Central School is proud to offer free meals for all children 18 and under each Monday through Thursday from July 7 through July 31 in the MS-HS Cafeteria.
Breakfast: 8:00 – 8:30 AM
Lunch: 11:00 – 11:45 AM
No registration or ID required—just show up and enjoy a nutritious meal!
This opportunity is provided in conjunction with SUN Programs: USDA’s Summer Nutrition Programs for Kids, with funding in part by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

UPK & KINDERGARTEN FIELD TRIP FUN!
Our UPK and Kindergarten students had an amazing day exploring The Discovery Center in Binghamton, yesterday!
From hands-on learning to interactive play, the kids had a blast discovering new things, engaging with exhibits, and enjoying time with their classmates.
Thank you to The Discovery Center staff and our wonderful chaperones for making this trip such a memorable adventure!

Elementary Field Days Rescheduled
The Elementary Field Days originally scheduled for Tomorrow, June 18th, will now take place this Friday, June 20th. The forecast is looking better for Friday, and we plan to be outside, but we will be in the Gym if the weather changes. Thank you!

Senior Trip Adventures Underway!
Our HCS seniors, along with Deposit CSD seniors, are making unforgettable memories on their senior trip! So far, they’ve explored historic Washington D.C., enjoyed the thrills of Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, VA, and are spending time soaking up the sun in Virginia Beach.
