COOKING UP SKILLS FOR LIFE IN FACS!

Mrs. Keller’s FACS classes have been busy in the kitchen, building essential cooking skills while creating some delicious dishes!

Our 6th graders dove into pasta making, gaining hands-on experience with one of the most classic culinary staples!

In 7th Grade Career & Technology, students made penne pasta paired with a homemade sauce, learning the basics of preparing a meal from scratch.

Our 8th Grade Home & Careers students prepared vegetable soup, focusing on sautéing, knife skills, and creating meals that are both healthy and budget-friendly.

At the high school level, students took on quiche, practicing pastry-making techniques while sauteing fresh asparagus and onions.

Great job to all of our students for their hard work, creativity, and growing confidence in the kitchen!
