GIRLS BASKETBALL VICTORIOUS Congratulations to our D-H Eagles Varsity Girls Basketball team on their 51-45 win over Susquehanna last night! The Lady Eagles erased a 12 point deficit in the 3rd quarter to come away with the victory. Sarah Gross was dominant, scoring 33 points and recording 8 steals for D-H. Autumn Dohanic added 8 points, while Gwyn Nebzydoski tallied 9 rebounds and 4 steals. Excellent work, ladies! Their next game is Thursday night, as they head to Morris for their tip-off tournament. Girls Varsity plays at 5:30 p.m., with the Varsity Boys following at 7:00 p.m.

BOYS BASKETBALL WINS D-H TIPOFF TOURNAMENT Congratulations to our D-H Varsity Boys Basketball team on their thrilling 69-63 win over Morris to take home the D-H tip-off tournament championship! Trailing by 10 points at the start of the 4th quarter, Deposit-Hancock had an excellent final period, outscoring Morris 24-8 to win the game. Blake Fortunato exploded for 37 points, including 7 three pointers. Micah Simmons added 16 points, while Jeremiah Diaz scored 9 points for the Eagles. Excellent work, guys!! D-H is back in action tonight, as they take on Susquehanna in Deposit. JV start time is at 5:30, with Varsity slated for a 7:15 p.m. tip-off. Good luck! It was a tight game throughout, but the Lady Eagles picked up the win with a 42-37 score! Sarah Gross scored 21 points to lead D-H, with Ivy Tice adding 9 points and Autumn Dohanic tallying 6 points. The girls will travel back to Walton tomorrow night, taking on Walton for the tip-off championship. Good luck, ladies! #DHNation

🎉 HCS 8th Graders Shine at Engineering Day! 🔧📐 Yesterday, our 8th-grade students participated in Engineering Day at the BT-BOCES campus. This exciting event brought together schools from across the region for a fun and educational STEM competition. Students faced an engineering challenge that required creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork. Using only the materials provided, teams collaborated to design and build their projects, showcasing skills in science, math, time management, and communication. We’re so proud of our students for their hard work and enthusiasm! Thank you to BT-BOCES for hosting this wonderful opportunity for hands-on learning and collaboration.
