In compliance with New York Education Law § 2803, HCS is reviewing policies and code of conduct to regulate student access to internet-enabled devices during the school day. Our goals are to ensure secure storage of these devices, promote a focused learning environment, and maintain clear and accessible communication between families and students during school hours.

The comment period will remain open until August 7th, 2025.
