Hancock welcomes B-Devils!
Hancock students with Binghamton Devils mascot

The Hancock Central School District welcomed the Binghamton Devils and their mascot, Devil Dawg, on Friday, May 3, to recognize the academic achievements of Hancock elementary and middle school students.

The new Binghamton Devils Academic Program encourages students to strive for better grades by offering a variety of rewards for working hard in the classroom.

The B-Devils of the American Hockey League give each elementary/middle school student in participating districts certificates of achievement and one free ticket to a home hockey game at the Floyd L. Maines Veterans Memorial Arena in Binghamton.

Students are also recognized on the Arena’s videoboard and get the opportunity to take a group photo with Devil Dawg, who later visits participating districts for a pizza party.
