'Cat Resurgence: Grades 7-12
Students in classroom with masks

Attention students in Grades 7-12 and their families!

Last week, you received a direct mailing with information regarding our ’Cat Resurgence reopening to increase in-person learning opportunities. It is anticipated students will return to school four days per week – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday – as early as February 22.

Any family requesting to continue fully remote instruction must return the opt-out form enclosed in the mailing. The decision to opt out of in-person learning and remain fully remote can be reconsidered by families at the start of the fourth quarter, April 12.

Students returning to in-person learning are expected to be in attendance. Once a child has committed to in-person instruction, access to remote instruction for in-person learners will only be considered for exceptional circumstances, such as medical necessity, and with administrative approval. School administration may request confirmation of medical need to be provided by a student's licensed medical provider.

For additional information, please call the HS/MS Main Office at 607-637-1305.
