Lourdes Mobile Dental Services will be featured during Hancock Elementary School’s Morning Program at 8:30 a.m. this Thursday, May 16.
Lourdes’ School Based Program will present information about its free dental screenings and other dental hygiene services. All parents/guardians who attend will be eligible for free dental screenings at HES immediately following Thursday’s Morning Program.
Lourdes Mobile Dental Services will offer the same to all Hancock community members from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at Hancock Primary Care at 39 East Main St. For more information, call 607-637-5700.
Free dental screenings, education and parent reports will be available for all Hancock Central School District students the following week as the Lourdes’ team will return to HES from May 20-23.
Hygiene services such as cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants and X-rays are also available. Dental insurance is not required, but those who have dental insurance must provide coverage information. No student will be denied services based on insurance status and/or inability to pay.
All students must submit a completed registration packet signed by a parent/guardian before receiving services at HES. Registration packets are available at the Hancock Central School District upon request and must be returned before May 20.
The Lourdes Mobile Dental Services team will be available after Thursday’s Morning Program to help families complete registration packets in advance. Registration packets are available at Hancock High School’s main office. To request a registration packet or for more information, call 607-637-1380.
