What documents are required to enroll a new student in the Hancock Central School District?
  1. Student’s Original Birth Certificate
  2. Parental proof of identity
  3. Proof of residency
  4. Immunization records
  5. Custody papers (if applicable)
  6. Required forms listed on site

Can I make an appointment to register my child?
Yes! To make an appointment, please call 607-637-1309. We will also take walk-ins at the Guidance office located at 67 Education Lane, Hancock, NY 13783.
