III. SUPPORT
Promote continual evaluation, optimal usage and long-range planning for athletics, communications, facilities, food services, technology and transportation
Athletics
Objective 1: Align in house documentation with state regulations.
Objective 2: Review and collaborate with other districts who have a high frequency of transfer students.
Communications
Objective 1: Establish a “share-all” system for releases, photos, videos, etc., so that we have an easier way to communicate to the community across all platforms (newsletter, website, social media, media releases) and an efficient way to keep track of what we do.
Objective 2: Do more with video. This is an untapped communications resource at the moment, but one that has the potential to
have a tremendous impact on the district’s image/message.
Facilities
Objective 1: Implement Qware work orders with staff and custodial staff.
Objective 2: Implement Qware Preventive Maintenance software.
Food Services
Objective 1: Implementation of CEP (Community Eligibility Provision) for the 2019-2020 School Year.
Objective 2: Implementation of Meal Charge and Prohibition Against Meal Shaming Policy.

Objective 2: Increase usage of the virtual reality kits to enhance existing curriculum.
Transportation
Objective 1: Develop written bus procedures for Hancock (pick-up, drop-off, parent responsibility).
Objective 2: Develop safety plan procedures for a bus incident involving both districts (who & how to contact, bus lists, emergency numbers)
